We're happily based in New York, United States with our warehouses in Hong Kong.
How does shipping work?
The Allvay partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order may be shipped from global areas such as Hong Kong, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, and your local postal couriers.
How long does shipping take?
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.
For international customers, it will take approximately 10 - 30 business days to arrive from the date of shipping confirmation.
For customers in the US, we work with partners there to ensure faster delivery and they will arrive in 3 - 21 business days from the date of shipping confirmation. Depending on the size of the item and order it may take a bit longer in transit.
Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
Will I be charged duty or import fees?
All prices listed on the website are pre-tax and pre-import fees. We artificially mark down our product cost and label it on certain orders to lower the tax burden for our customers
For US Customers: orders under the value of $800 should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees.
For EU Customers: some orders of value greater than 22 euros may be subject to VAT upon reception depending on the source country.
For other International Customers: Please refer to your own country's policies in regards to importing tax and duty.

If you fail to pick up the item from your local import authorities and the item gets sent back, we can only offer a partial refund deducting our shipping and processing costs.
